The front door took me a bit to find but the people that work there are top notch! It started on Monday morning when I called and this kind lady answered the phone. I was a bit stressed because I could only pick up my package Saturday. She was so kind and put a note on the box for me and instantly put me at ease. I went in on Saturday after 4pm and this nice young man assisted me. My package was a stroller and car seat so it was huge and heavy, he helped me with a dolly without me asking and even helped me squeeze it into the car. This place has good people and that is what matters! I am happy my package went there.

The specidic location isn't too obvious. The entrance I found was on the far left of the plaza(on foot). Staff was smiling and friendly. Place was really humble and organized the best way they could. Service was really fast, I spent more time looking for the entrance than being served.
First things first. WALKER is hands down THE best customer service I’ve ever had. And I shop ALOT. My day went from chaos and rage and as soon as I stepped into penguin pickup, he made it all go away. He was like my friend in an instant. Super friendly without being fake and a genuinely good guy. Both my mother and I felt rejuvenated after meeting him even just briefly. THATS the kind of employee you need at your company. Someone with that kind of natural magic and way with customers. He made everything easy and stress free. God bless you, Walker. You have a gift and positive impact on people. Don’t change.
Horrible location for package pickup. They locked the closest entrance from the public parking and force you to walk around to the other side of the building. There’s a gated parking in front of that entrance but of course you can’t get through. This is a parcel pickup business. You’d think they would make it easily accessible.
They say they hold packages for 5 business days. Went in on the 5th business day and they had sent my package back already. We are in the middle of a global pandemic and Ottawa’s third lockdown. How have they not reconsidered this asinine 5 day system?
