Went there to give my biometrics. I had an appointment and it went very smoothly.

Surprising speed. The photo place is right next door. Their staff is pretty good at processing a lot of people at the same time.
Monday morning an hour after they opened I went in to apply for an express passport. I was in and out in about 20minutes. Very short lines at this time. Thursday at 1pm I went in to pick it up and it looked a lot busier than when I went on Monday. Probably 4x as many people. Fortunately, they have a separate line for pick ups and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. All the staff I interacted with were polite and friendly.
Showed up at 920am long line up got to the counter at 927am waited and got served quickly in and out in 29 min waiting room was packed , awesome and quick service!
My experience was utterly and undeniably outstanding. I needed my passport in a relatively short amount of time so I could meet my family out of the country and the staff went out of their way to make sure I got it at a convenient time. She mentioned that she understood the importance of visiting family and wanted to help people like myself meet their loved ones. Her thoughtfulness and consideration of my situation was heartwarming. I am extremely grateful for her efforts and kindness and wish her the absolute best!
