All of my interactions have been prompt and professional. After getting my sleep test and being diagnosed with sleep apnea I had three options. 1) surgery, which is an elective procedure and in the present covid environment was going to be about a one year wait. 2) Adjustable mandible device, which I was in favour of as it is the least intrusive option or 3) A cpac machine which needs to be replaced every 3 to 5 years. I had a night guard prior to my sleep test and found that the adjustable mandible device fit better than my numerous night guards that I have had. I am presently on my third adjustment and have found no problems to my bite or anything else. My sleep quality has improved and my spouse has noticed that I do not snore as deep or as loud. I also sleep longer as I was averaging about 2.5 to 5 hrs of sleep a night prior to the adjustable mandible device. Now I am getting about 7 to 8 hrs of sleep a night. Should have had this device years ago. Regards

100% would recommend the Ottawa TMJ and Sleep Apnea Clinic!! There's nothing worse than pain in your jaw or sensitivity with your teeth or mouth, it will stop you from being your best throughout the day. Dr. Dahan, Joy, and all the other staff at this Clinic are completely fabulous and super accommodating. My TMJ issues are fixed and my recommendation is to listen to them when they recommend the stretches, they really work! Also, during the pandemic their clinic was always clean, professional and made me feel safe.

Dr. Dahan is very friendly and very nice. He listens to your concerns and questions and answers everything he can. He is very well-spoken and has great customer service skills. He really made a great impression on me after our first appointment. I tried out a new mouth guard last night and had positive results. It's only been one night but I'm hoping my jaw pain will continue to get better. I would recommend Dr. Dahan for anyone looking for this type of service related to TMJ issues.

Absolutely amazing experience at this clinic. I was experiencing terrible tenitus/clicking/popping in my ears and accute jaw pain, I went from taking pain killers everyday to a pain-free regular life! Dr. Dahan and the staff are absolutely incredible, very kind, genuine, professional, welcoming and informative, and they saved me! I felt like a lost cause before I entered their doors and within a month I am pain free. So grateful for their help, and I would highly recommend their services.
