The driver is very nice. He has a very calm and professional manner. His van is roomy enough to fit any sized pet. He's punctual for pick up which is very reassuring for me to know that I can depend on his reliable service to get my pet to the vet on time for his appointment. He always picks the fastest route possible to get there. I've had no problems with scheduling a pick up with his service. I would recommend this service.

The driver arrived and he's a very nice man. Chatted a bit on the way there but also gave me space to be quiet. I arrived at my appointment on time, as well as back home with my pet. The van was spacious so my pet can feel safe, and it was relatively clean. He was nice to help me on and off the van, and making sure my pet will get in and out nicely as well. Overall, a decent experience and a lot easier than me renting a car trying to pick up my pet.
Prompt, courteous, professional. I have called Len a few times over the years with emergency situations he arrived within 20-30 minutes! Great knowledge of the facilities and resources within the city. His van is spacious and accommodating, his service is something we need more of.

I've used Pet Cab for several years, and am so thankful this service is available to me! I love knowing that my pets and I will arrive safely at vet appointments on time and for a reasonable charge.. and that I don't have to rely on regular 'people' taxis who have sometimes asked me to put my cats in the trunk!
