I have not had my treatment yet, but I have been very satisfied with the customer service and knowledge displayed by Katrina. I spoke with her on the phone about treatment options for acne scarring and she answered all my questions at an in person consultation. She was very professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable. I have visited another medical practice in Ottawa that specializes in skin/cosmetics and this was a much better experience. It didn’t feel like a money grab. I was asked if I wanted to think about it instead of whether I wanted to do this now. No pushiness! I am looking forward to my treatment.

I had a treatment done yesterday by nurse Livia and she was not only professional and very thorough but also very caring and ensured that I was comfortable during the process. The procedure was quite lengthy but Livia was more than willing to answer all my questions and keep me informed as to where we were at in the process. She has a wonderful bedside manner and ensures that you leave knowing what you need to do and when you might begin to see results. Thank you Livia for making my experience a positive one and for your follow - up phone call today. I greatly appreciate it. This is a wonderful clinic with an amazing staff !

EDIT: They’re response to my review is filled with lies! I was not 10 minutes late. They DID NOT contact me several times VIA phone call & email regarding any COVID-19 forms. The only email and text messages I have are regarding my receipt and wether or not I will be attending my appointment. Even in the response to my review, I was told my appointment was canceled and rescheduled?! I went to my appointment on time! I want my money back asap. This place is ridiculous! Unfortunately we spent 115 on consultation that lasted about 10 minutes. Nice building and atmosphere. However, over 100 for a 10 minute talk to the surgeon is ridiculous. He did not spend the time to examine my affected area and go over what could be done. Before even seeing the surgeon, I spent 25 minutes on an ipad filling out a form. When I was leaving they UNFORTUNATELY could not provide me with any of the correct pamphlets and gave me information on the wrong treatments.

I had my surgery (septoplasty) done on the 5th of January, 2021. I was really scared of recovery going into the surgery but Dr. Bonaparte has been very helpful providing any info that I needed. I am 37 years old and honestly this is the best thing I have done for myself. Do not be scared, just do it!!!

What an incredible team of professionals. They followed proper COVID protocols to ensure mine and the safety of the staff. The staff welcomed me with warm smiles and the cleanliness is impeccable. Lynn the NP was patient, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. She took her time to explain each step and assessed my skin throughout the entire procedure. I am already booked for my next BBL treatment for rosacea and feel confident with the care plan. I highly recommend the Ottawa Derm Center.
