Manager very rude and probably racist. On a few occasions so far she's rude to my wife and once to my kids. When I asked to exclude 2 items from my purchase due to price, her reply was \oh my gosh\. Been shopping there for 8 years.. no appreciation. The franchise can definitely hire a more qualified custumer service candidate for that position.
