A miscommunication was made on a phone order. I priced 2 different sizes of materials and the wrong one was filled. Understanding that the mistake could have been on either parties. All they were interested in was pointing the finger to me, that I made the mistake. Won't be purchasing here again. Never have I said or implied a full refund. Like I previously said, your only interest was to lay blame on me. I would have been fine with an acknowledgement that maybe the mistake was at your end, and would picked my material with a smile. Have a great day defending though.

Great local business with honest service. Great for hobbyists, tell them what you're trying to do and they'll do their best to make it happen, no job is too small. Wouldn't fathom buying my metal anywhere else.
