It was my first time visiting a lush store and it happened to be the one in Rideau center. I was looking for a nice fragrance for myself. My experience at the store was absolutely amazing just because of the staff member named SAM \u003c3 . She was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. It is very hard to experience good customer service nowadays but I was exceedingly happy with how Sam treated me and my friend with me. She helped me sample all the fragrances I wanted to try and also gave me some of her recommendations and while doing so she was very patient and attentive and was listening to what I was looking for rather than force selling customer any products. Sam is very smart and definitely a star of the store. I think the company should recognize this amazing woman who is so kind hearted and really giving out the best customer service everybody wants.. she definitely deserves a raise.. Big thanks to SAM for making my shopping experience so wonderful .. will visit again just because of her. THANK YOU SAM !

Everyone here is so kind. Always so helpful without being pushy. The training given to their employees must be something out of a military handbook because I have never heard an employee give me incorrect advice about a product! Stellar service and products :)
I LOVE LUSH! The bubble bars, bath bombs, lip scrub, cookie dough body scrub are amazing! Many other deliciously smelling goodies in this amazing store.
The store associates are always very helpful and know so much about the products, I love customer service there! They gave me a sample of the face mask and I'm definitely coming back for the full size! I can't stay in the store too long because of all the smells of products but I overall I love going to this location :)

Excellent customer service!! Went to buy the Twilight gift pack for my mother who's going for an operation. The lavender smell help her a lot with her stress/anxiety. I asked for a sample of the Sleepy cream on the side so she could bring it with her to the hospital without being scared to have it thrown away because of covid. They gave me one and guess who is extremely happy? My mom. You guys are the best, thank you again.
The staff here continue to go above and beyond to help customers despite the pandemic restrictions and the stress it’s out on to retail employees. I leave here with an amazing experience and products every time without fail!
