I can't believe the experience I had at LIDS. Transcendent customer service awaits those who dare to buy a hat here. Look at the name: LIDS. All caps. That's bold, 19 pt font. Symbolically, it denotes the top of the head, and connotes the top of the dominance hierarchy.
Exactly what'd expect for a lids store... They have hats. Nice hats, ugly hats, mediocre hats and more hats. Looking for a hat? Go here. Staff is fine.
