I went to Lansdowne animal hospital for the first time last Thursday (I switched from the Walkley Animal Hospital due to limited transportation on my end), and they treated my Sheltie and I with the greatest respect - both the vet and assistant were so friendly and easy to deal with. They addressed all my concerns and it seems like they genuinely care for my dogs health. They do not overcharge for their services, and the facilities are absolutely spotless and new! I’m so happy I switched and can now walk to my vet. The team is amazing!

The doctors and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and are the most compassionate people I've met. These people are special in so many ways. Make an appointment for your animal's checkup and vaccinations with Lansdowne Animal Hospital. They care and your pets will be happy!
Do not bring your pets here, there are far more skilled, knowledgeable, and caring veterinary practices in Ottawa that are worth your money. In my opinion, the staff and veterinarians are here to run a business (which it is, and that's their prerogative), but they don't seem to genuinely care about the animals or their wellbeing which is something I personally look for in my veterinarian.
Got great care here for my cat when he broke his leg! They’re very welcoming and really did seem to care about my cats (plus they always put a little design on cast which was adorable)
