Very clean and organized store. Great selection of your favorite items (in season) and very fun to browse the out of season discounted items for which there is a large section at the back of the store. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable on bra fitting and measurements.

I came to the location last year and the workers and management there wasn't good. When I went in again this year i was greeted right away by the lovely assistant manger Maryam, who than went on to helping me with finding my correct sizes. You can tell she really enjoys what she's doing. She was running all over the store and she even offered to call other stores for me. Also, the store was so clean and easy to shop in. Well done ladies.

I went bra shopping and I was unsure of my bra size, and the staff at La Vie En Rose offered to have me measure myself due to physical distancing because of the pandemic. They were very professional and disinfected my measuring tape and proceeded to get me measured. I ended up finding some regular priced bras that fit amazingly, but the sales associate didn't stop there, she introduced me to her sale bra racks and searched through the racks to find me two more bras in my size that were a part of their 2 for 1 sale. I just want to thank all of you ladies for the helping hand. Bra shopping is not exactly the easiest shopping experience but I left extremely satisfied.

I went into the store today and received by far the best customer service ever. Maryiam and her staff where very helpful and full of smiles. i went in to do a return at another store, which they refused to do because i had no receipt. Mayriam asked me for my email and was able to print me off a receipt while the other store ( bayshore ) didn't even bother. They told me to contact customer service right away. Thank you Tangers staff for the amazing service.

I usually don't write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to this time. A few weeks ago I visited Ottawa to see my daughter, and we went to return her bra for her. Walking into the store, we were not greeted by any employees. I asked an employee to help us, she kindly said she was not able to do the return and that she would call a manager to help me out. I heard her talking to another employee who was saying the manager needed more time because she was smoking in the back of the store. Overall this was a very disappointing experience. I did get the return but the managers lack of customer service and professionalism was very upsetting.
