I’ve used Joy Creations’ services on two occasions: once to resize my engagement ring, and a second time to redesign my setting (as I changed the shape of my centre stone and wanted something custom made). Samuel and Dennis are both so knowledgeable and were really helpful the entire time. Samuel was very patient and super responsive to all my emails while I was selecting the diamond and in designing the setting. The entire process of creating the new setting only took about three weeks too! Beyond happy with the wonderful service, fair pricing, and beautiful end product. Would definitely work with Joy Creations again and recommend them to my friends and family.

If you are looking for a personalized service and something opposite of a big box store type experience then you are in the right place. From start to finish I felt like both Dennis and Samuel were there for the sole purpose of making my ring exactly the way I wanted. Through several revisions and serious modifications I got nothing but excellent service, expert advice and a beautiful ring in the end. Unmatched value for money. Highly recommended.
I loved the service and more important my fiancée loved the ring! Sam is very knowledgeable and provided an incredible service answering the 1000 questions I had about engagement rings, diamonds and alternatives. He guided me through the process providing alternatives and helping me with what I should be looking based on my specifications (cost, design, material,..). Really happy with the whole experience and I will be for sure getting my wedding rings with him.
We needed our rings resized slightly and for the rose gold one to be made thinner. Denis took the time to explain the whole process in detail, and we left 100% sure they would be modified correctly. We also learned a bit about jewelry making in the process. Our confidence was well placed, and the finished rings are perfect. The price was fair and the work was completed earlier than we expected. We highly recommend Denis and Joy Creations.
