This place was on my must visit list of Ottawa. I could not cover this place in my last visit to Ottawa in 2019 but I made it this time. Perfect place in Ottawa to see the sunset. You can grab your tripod and capture beautiful view from the river shore. It was fun to watch the ducklings swimming in a group one behind the other. The rock sculptures there enhances beauty of this place further. Best place for a couple to spend some time in the evening with romantic sunset. When we went it was not at all crowded(may be due to covid) so we enjoyed every bit of it. I would recommend this place to wverykne who is heading to Ottawa during summer.

Nice rock sculpture with a decent view of the river with some far building in the background. Couple of red chairs and bench so it's a great place to come hang out and relax. You can create your own sculpture and leave it there. Bike path near is a fun ride. Free Parking for car from 7AM-10PM, not too busy. Here's some photo on a rainy day. Hopefully I can come back soon on a Blue Sky day :)

A nice spot to take a break. Interesting geological features in addition to the stone sculptures for which the place is known. A work of art in continuous renewal. The recent addition of a summertime pop up bistro gives you added reason to stop by.

Cool place to check out. They added a barrier, which makes it more difficult to take pictures of the rocks. There's a lot of wildlife, plenty of ducks in the area, and you can build your own rock sculptures :)

Loved watching the sunset from this spot, really dramatic alongside the rock formations. You are not allowed near the rocks but you can try to squeeze in a photo if you are creative

Amazing installation. It was fun to imagine what each sculpure was representing... People at a party, a goose with goslings, or just piles of carefully balanced rocks. I was told by a local that every year the artist starts from scratch, so if you visited the site previously, it will be different and new the following year.

Beautiful place to sit by the water. We know it as Iaras Water Place.

The sculptures by the Ottawa river are great. You can sit there enjoying the riverside and the sculptures at the same time
