After using a different pharmacy for months with extremely poor customer service, I decided to start researching new pharmacies in the area. Wow, I am certainly grateful I found Mona and the team at Guardian – Preston Medical Pharmacy. From my initial phone call inquiry, I could truly tell that Mona was different. Her professionalism, kindness and the fact she took the time to explain how transfers work from one pharmacy to another simply blew my mind away. She even called me back within hours to let me know everything was transferred over successfully, including my benefits information. What a relief! If you looking for a new pharmacy, stop right now and give them a call. You won’t be disappointed!
