Jason went above and beyond in the midst of the pandemic to create a dazzling custom engagement ring. He explained every component and step of the process along the way, sought out the perfect stone to meet my specifications, and navigated the challenges of several lockdowns to get me just what I was looking for, just in time. He and the other staff at Goldform are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating, and I would heartily recommend them to anyone looking for custom, high-quality jewellery.

I had a wonderful experience with Shane at Goldform! I wanted a small gold heart pendant to fit on my charm necklace that could carry some of my fur baby’s ashes. She had just passed recently in a somewhat tragic way so it was a very sad situation and it was important for me to memorialize her in a special way. Shane was able to find the perfect little gold heart at a reasonable price and ordered it in for me to look at that same week. He planned to drill a custom hole in it for the ashes as most of the actual urn jewellery was very overpriced. He saved me a lot of money. It took weeks for the ashes to come in but he held on to the heart for me. When the ashes finally did come in, it was December 23, 2020. The shop was very busy with orders before they closed for Christmas but he still got it finished for me the same day so that I would have this special token of my little one just in time for Christmas. He even covered the small whole with gold so it was barely noticeable in the heart. Wonderful job! I am so grateful to him for this. I would also add that each of the many times I went in, I was pleasantly greeted by the friendly staff, the big gentle giant (dog) behind the counter and Captain the resident cat. Would whole heartedly recommend this place to anyone!

We got our wedding bands custom made with Jason at Goldform and absolutely LOVE them! The service here is phenomenal and they are such a pleasure to deal with.
