Teachers and assistants are simply fantastic, but WATCH OUT for being billed over a thousand dollars more than the paper agreements. I had to correct their invoices, send them back to them. They agreed that their invoices were wrong, but little to no apology was made for overcharging without my consent. One time they simply \forgot\ they already took payment, and rebilled me 1000s for the exact same payment. Large-sized overbilling occurred on two separate occasions! Again, lovely and highly trained childcare educators, but beware of hidden extra costs from the admin office!
