This shop will provide a decent price for granite, hence why we chose to buy from Orlando. However, the quality of the granite was very poor. They installed it with a 4" long scratch on the top which was quite evident and were unable to repair it completely. We accepted that given that the countertop price was quite reasonable (2800) Within a week we had a chunk break off the edge of the countertop After calling them, they said they would send someone and nobody ever came. Called a second time and was told he would send someone, and again, nobody came. I called again andleft voice mails several times, they never came. I have now come to realize that post sales support is virtually non existent. Too many shady companies out there looking for a sale and then walk away with your money. I would strongly consider elsewhere if you're shopping for countertops or tile. Good luck.
