Poor customer service and communication. A week ago, my partner and I went to enjoy some time. We tried to contact them to see if we need to book ahead , also website does not have any info. We went and they took our names and said 3-4 hours wait time, we agreed and went around the area until they called us. 4 and half hours in, no one contacted us, we called them several times to check in to see if we should still wait or change plans because it was getting very late in the day. After multiple tries, finally a staff answered and we explained what’s happening and said do you think we will be called soon? She said we never told you it’s a guarantee you will be in today, we were very disappointed and we felt there was no need to tell us to wait. We only wanted to enjoy and play the few games they had because there is nothing else to do in Ottawa with the COVID lock down. Honestly, the website needs to be updated , if there is a wait list, it should let people register and wait until their turn comes so they can go, why do everyone have to go and write their name and have to find things to do around the area to kill the wait time 3-4 hours ? Also this will avoid no guaranteeing people entering and enjoying the time. Better communication is required to make things easier. Now Ottawa is in a more lock down restriction and we couldn’t enjoy last weekend Please don’t do this to anyone else. We were disappointed and unhappy.

Funhaven Ok so they've reduced the number of people allowed in the same time. Good! But they say they do a disinfection every 30 minutes but they don't. I was there for 2hours taking a good look around and NO ONE was disinfecting!!! Sadly. So, I took it upon myself to protect my kids. Masks and gloves!
Great arcade place to take your kids. You will find a game for any age. Food was excellent and the prices are fair. Will come back again next time we in Ottawa.
Really a great place for the kids to burn some energy there is lots to do! The kids had a blast they have a big jungle gym, some bumper cars, laser tag, a rock wall, a ride I think it was called crazy 8 also an arcade room and escape rooms we could of spent the whole day here they also have food. The jungle gym was the biggest hit for us. This place was very clean and lots of places to sanitize when needed. I recommend this place to anyone it’s really great for all ages.
Had a blast with my daughter and my friend with her kids! Always a great time and place to be! Definitely going to continue coming for lots of fun!
Lots to do! Kids had a ball! Uh no pun intended. Kind and helpful Staff. Due to Covid the number of people allowed in is limited. We respected the 2 hour time frame.
Great staff, fun and friendly environment. Very quick to answer and questions. Held my sons 11 birthday party #Funhaven and highly recommend.
Good. Because of pandemia not many things for the kids and the waiting is a little too long.. but other than that my kid had fun
