haven't been jnto the store yet, but that was the best experience i've ever had calling into a business over the phone. if that's how they treat customers just calling in, i can't imagine the level of service they provide to regulars. very knowledgeable and open about their business practices and seem like they're working very hard to wnsure people get good products as cheaply and quickly as possible during this whole covid epidemic.

I am venturing in this new hobby (Noob) and came across Focus Scientific store on the search engine. I was dealing with a different business and the staff left a sour taste in my mouth trying to push me in buying and not really helping me understand what would be suitable for what I wanted to do based on my requirements. Staff at Focus Scientific was impressive, helpful, listened to me and provided valuable advice and recommendation. I am very happy to have such shop locally and encourage anyone trying it out. Thank you again for your professionalism guys looking forward in expending this hobby with new toys.
