Best falafel in Ottawa by FAR!! :) Falafel Scoop is my favourite place in the neighbourhood to get food. The falafel is so amazing and authentic. It's fried right in front of you, not cooked ahead of time and heated up, which means it's always warm and fresh. The falafel dishes also have mint in them which is a really nice touch. The staff are all so friendly and everything on the menu is very affordable. The inside is very clean and always respectful of COVID guidelines as well. It can be tough as a vegan/vegetarian to find healthy and filling food options and this is the place to go to get your moneys worth! The BEST!!

Best Falafel in the city by far. So moist and fresh, definitely my go to for a quick lunch.
Great Falafel place. Falafel sandwiches are amazing and tasty. Try Falafel Saj for alternate type of bread (thin). Staff are nice but the place inside is small (two small tables). Highly recommend Falafel sandwiches (large sandwich)
Amazing friendly staff ! Hole in the wall with great variety ( Breakfast and lunch ) , place was very clean and the open kitchen was very clean as well ! We had Fatteh Bowl , Fava Bowl and Roasted egg plant with yogurt . It came with a side plate of vegetables ! Egg plant plate was 5/5 Fava bowl was 4/5 , missing lemon juice and a little bit of spices for flavour Fatteh was not what we expected , definitely missing a lot of spices and flavour ! Would definitely be back to try the lunch menu , sandwiches looked delicious !
I love this place! Seriously amazing falafel, I would have to agree with other reviewers that they are THE BEST in Ottawa. The prices are super reasonable and the people that work here are so pleasant and so kind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a take-out spot downtown!
the real deal. these friendly guys make a great falafel sandwich. try the hot fatteh bowl, but arrive hungry!
Heard about this place on CBC Radio one. Best quality falafels I've ever eaten in my life not overly dried out or greasy like other places. The lentil soup is also tasty just a tad too salty for my taste. Everytime I'm near that area, I head there. Keep up the great work!
Honestly, best falafel I've tried in Ottawa to date (and I've visited some very high scale ones). Also the fava beans salad and the fatteh, you gotta try.
