Wonderful people work here. They have always been profesional and kind every single time I've needed tests. I personally haven't waited more than a few minutes, they are busy.

Just make sure you fill out the online form a half hour before going. I waited no less than 5-10 minutes. Staff were professional and nice.

Nothing to complain about, there's people are working all day everyday and you don't wait long when using the check in app as your guide. Would give them a 6 / 5 of i could.

For the very first time I had a medical test without waiting (just few minutes for paperwork) here in Canada! Make sure you have their app or website, where you can check the wait time & do online check in. I found the wait time is pretty precise, saw 0 mins this morning and there was nobody waiting there indeed. Great feature!
