I just had Citywide complete a demolition of our main floor, which included removal of some asbestos-containing materials. They were excellent to work with right from the owner Kevin down to each of the workers. They got the job done on time, even though they were extremely busy, like all workers in the renovation and building space seem to be these days. I am very happy with the work done by Citywide. Oh, and their price was lower than 2 other companies that I got quotes from.

Hired them for residential floor removal for 2 floors. Other than the numerous scratches on the walls and a small hole, they managed to make large DEEP cuts across my family room. The cuts were deep enough that the floor would bend when you walked on it. The biggest disappointment was when i called the manager to come see what had happened. Him and the Owner of this company took zero accountability... These were original sub floors and no one else has ever worked on this room! The owner said they never bring straight saws on site for demolition, and the only 2 he had in circulation were in other regions in Ottawa. Many demo companies use them strait saws to get to the sub floors. I got lucky by asking them in person if we can call the guy that did the work, put him on speakerphone and ask him whether he had a saw or not, which he replied 'yes', and asked him if they used it, where he replied, 'yes i think we cut too deep in the family room.' -At least the guys that did the work were honest to me. Only after having no leg to stand on they said they would fix the floor. In which they did a sub-par job.
Bin service is great... I called, the next day it was there before I got to my job site.. thank you ! I sold my dump trailer and just use these guys now.
Very fast and efficient. Keep job sites clean .very good customer relations.
The general (homeowner) on our site in the Glebe hired these guys to demo the house we are restructuring and I have to say they are absolutely incompetent. They can not follow instruction or use judgment in situations where it is needed, for example taking a sledge hammer to the bottom of a brick chimney compromising roughly 7400Lb of brick above and putting themselves in a dangerous situation as bricks fall from above. They tried to add structure back in with 2x4s and a shoddy wall which our engineers and building inspector immediately deemed unsafe and very dangerous.
