This company was hired by my girlfriend's building manager to deal with a squirrel in the attic, the person they sent was not only unable to get the squirrel out of the attic (left a live trap with no bait for 48 hours and then said there was nothing he cold do) but also apparently "mixed up" text messages between my girlfriend and his conversation with a tinder gir, making my girlfriend who was home alone very uncomfortable as he was still coming to remove the trap. He was very unprofessional during both of his visits to the home and did not get the job done. My girlfriend did report this too their head office who replied with a very general email saying they take complaints seriously and it would be directed to the correct department, no follow up afterwards. I do not suggest using this company for pest control nor do I suggest using them whatsoever because of their lack of response and or proper apology for this kind of text being sent. I did blur the phone number because I do not know if this is a personal or work phone although the screenshot has already been sent to head office, if it this complaint was not received by the proper department please leave contact information in your reply.

Saw their products at my local Bridgehead and wanted to inquire for my business. I emailed head office who forwarded me the location in Ottawa. I received an email from Christopher Carver, I responded to his email and never heard back. I tried calling and I spoke to a women in Toronto and she just seemed flustered and confused by basic questions and not overly friendly. The company may carry great products but I didn't have great luck interacting with them. EDIT: Christopher reached out after I left this review and was very apologetic and helped me out with all the questions I had and was attentive to my needs, so I really appreciated that. Thank-you so much.
Ken had good customer service and said he would have a follow up spray because who was doing the job didnt do a great one
