Our appointment was with Dr.Mona. We are new to Ottawa, and upon checking the reviews I opted to go with the Central Park Medical Clinic. The process was quick and they responded very well to the emails, I was very pleased and surprised. I received an email to confirm my kids' appointment. I arrived 17 minutes late, I know it's my fault but the city was new to me and I was running to pick my daughter from school and getting my toddler ready for the appointment, I didn't make it in time. When I got there, the receptionist said that I was very late (30-40 minutes), I explained that I was 17 minutes late and she said that no my appointment was earlier. Apparently, I should have received 2 emails (1 for each kid) and I only received 1 with the later appointment which made me think that I had forgotten the time and the one they wrote was the correct. She checked with the doctor, and came back saying she couldn't see the kids. The receptionist was very dry and treated me like I had done the worst thing ever. I know they doctor's time is valuable but I have gone to many clinics and waited way more than 17 minutes, I think patients time is valuable too. The doctor didn't even give me eye contact and was cold. They wanted to re-book but I decided to move to another clinic where I can find a bit more compassion and kindness, that's what I used too at Paediatricians offices.

Just had my first baby last week and bringing her here for her pediatric care. This clinic is amazing. Very clean, super friendly staff and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I am thrilled I found this place and very happy that my daughters care will be with these professionals!

We have been with Dr Falsetto since my older kod was 5 months. The Dr was great but the receptionist is very unfriendly. She has never given out a smile and when we asked a question, she would rudely reply it as in we should have known it already. The office should get a receptionist who is friendlier and more compassionate as they are a dr office for kids.

Dr. Falseto has been taking care of our son since his birth. She is very professional, dedicated and supportive all the time. She gives enough time to listen to our issues. I highly recommend her to my family and everyone. Amazing staffs.

Very unhappy. My wife and I drove from close to Stittsville for our Daughters apt. With weather and traffic conditions we were to be about 10 mins late. My wife called many times and left a msg stating we would arrive for 9:10 instead of 9:00. We arrived to wait in the check in line for 7 mins and then was told the receptionist would txt the doctor and then said the doctor can no longer take us. We would have to book another time in January. No compassion and extremely rude. I understand the doctors time is very important however so Is the patients. My wife and I both took off work and planned our morning around this apt. we have been waiting months for only to be turned away after driving 1 hr. and CALLED to say we would be 10 mins. late. Life happens and it is hard especially with a baby (our is 8 months old) to travel across the city and sometimes there are accidents/ weather and situations where people may be 5-10 mins late. Absolutely NO CONSIDERATION. Extremely disappointing and enough so we will be looking to take our Daughter somewhere else. I hope for future apts. they can be more understanding of people's lives and how hard it is to make it on time sometimes with kids and related situations out of our hands like (weather).
