Jason Little took his time explaining every option, every offer, and every detail about my chosen car. He's a great salesman! And, Nicolas from finance helped me work through all the paperwork. The car was ready as promised for pick-up at the scheduled time. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting.

I was a client of the neighbor Carling Mazda, last 3 cars were Cx-5. Always been very pleased with the service. We decided it was time for an upgrade. All I can say so far, the service has been great at Carling Volvo, same continuity of my experience of last 6 years. Brandon Anderson was a pleasure to deal with, very attentive to what I wanted and made sure I was satisfied. He was patient with me and answered all my questions. I have not dealt with the service department yet, but I have no fear the service will be as I expect it to be. I highly recommend shopping for a new car there. Great experience!!
Purchased a BMW X5 in September. The buying experience was done well however the vehicle is missing a component to make it pass a safety check. After many calls and emails through to the dealership there has been no follow up with me and I am without an emergency tire solution in case of a flat. Someone is liable for the safety check. Hopefully this review gets a response!.
Dealt with Frank from the service department this morning. By far the best Volvo Service Advisor in Ottawa. Answered my questions to full clarity and seemed very enthusiastic over the phone, something lacking in most Ottawa dealerships. Thank You again Frank!
