The queue system is a magnetic board, first come first serve. None of the nonsense at another club where one person gets to pick who the other 3 players in their game will be. Though if you want to, you could keep playing with the same foursome, but most people there don't mind switching it up. Skill level is a bell curve from high beginner to low advanced. No air conditioning in the gym so it gets hot in the summer, but you could take a walk in the hallway outside the gym where there is AC.
