I signed up with Canadian Linen for towel and mat service for my business. First, I will say that our delivery driver was amazing (it's the only reason this review is 2 starts and not 1) - excellent customer service. Every other aspect of this company is terrible. We consistently were getting shorted on our order of towels, charged for more than we got, had dirty towels that we never received compensation for, and every time we call them, the person we need is \unavailable\. When we did speak to someone, they didn't care about our issues. We have happily cancelled our contract with them. Stay away!

I sadly have to echo the other poor reviews. This company is THE WORST I have ever dealt with. I sincerely regret not checking reviews before signing a contract with this \business\. If I could give 0 stars, I would. 1 star is being far too generous. Do yourself a favor and save the headaches that you are guaranteeing yourself if you sign up, unless of course you like to pay full price for a sub-par service/product. Shame on you Canadian Linen for treating your customers the way you do!

I am not typically one for negative reviews online, but in this case it is the least I can do. I am a business owner and we went ahead with a commercial contract with Canadian Linen last year. Their contracts are misleading and includes a 15% \easy care\ charge that is not explained or acknowledged on the contract. Their contracts are also not legal - they are smaller than 12 pt font and the easy care charge was not explained to me when I asked about surplus on-going charges, which is their legal duty. After fighting this last year, they agreed to remove this charge from my service if I signed another season with them. I agreed and then was passed between agents for 6 months. They sent me to collections last month despite the above written agreement. Word of warning - do not engage with this company - their ethics are not in check, they do not do legal business and if you do need assistance they will not be there to respond or help. From one business to another - choose another company. Hope this helps.
