I bought some gear that was listed as 30% off. It was a gift (my dad would be horrified if I paid full price for his gift, so don't judge) so I peeled the price tags off and discovered another regular price under the so-called regular price. So much for 30% off. Then, I got overcharged for cycling gloves. The tag said 44.99, but I got billed 49.99. A Bula kids neck warmer marked as 9 actually came to 10. One issue? Sure. Mistakes happen. But three things in one purchase, including a rather ridiculous price increase to have a more impressive sale? That's unethical. Also. The bell I bought didn't work. I know that's not the store's fault. But it didn't help.

This place is always super busy and it's easy to tell why. Whenever I've gone in, usually for cycling gear the staff know the items they carry and are able to answer any questions I have with a level of expertise. They are able to make suggestions and usually have what I'm looking for in stock. This is the kind of store I could go into looking for a specific item and leave hundreds of dollars lighter. Kind of like a Canadian Tire for outdoorsy, active people.

Extremely disappointing experience with their online store, it was a giant waste of time. I ordered skis, boots, and bindings. All items were listed as 'in stock' on their website. I received my order confirmation, which stated my order would be ready for pickup in 5-7 days & to reply to the confirmation email with any questions. I emailed back with questions twice over the following 7 days but received no response. On day 9 I called them to get a status update on my order. They told me they did not have the ski's or boots in stock in Westboro, and were going to check stock in Stittsville and get back to me. It's like nobody thought to check until I called. Day 10; they called me back saying they had no stock, and were not going to get any more stock this year, and were going to cancel my order. Why did nobody think to contact me, or answer my emails?

Don was exceptional with customer service and was very knowledgeable about men and women's road shoes. If youre seeking great advise, and a thorough analysis of what type of road shoes you'll need, be sure to request Don - super helpful and efficient. He also took the time to show us what type of biking shorts would be best for our spin class, and even explained differences between brands' chamois padding so we could make an informed decision based on comfort. Thanks again Don!

I needed a pair of running shoes to continue my indoor training during lockdown. I ordered a pair for curbside pickup and the whole experience was great! Thanks Bushtukah Westboro for helping me continue my training :)
