Coming from years studying karate and then traditional jujitsu... when I was looking for a new place to take me on my next journey in the martial arts I was immediately welcomed by the staff and other students alike. Really great vibe this place friendly camaraderie between all of the students. Great energy and you can sense that everyone has a great attitude and wants to work hard. A great mix of people from all backgrounds enjoying the training put on by amazing instructors (Rodrigo and Kru Mel). They made me feel at home right away and I am excited to train there and continue on for the next phase of my martial arts passion.

Rodrigo Alves is the real deal. A true gem. His Jiu-Jitsu is world class. Every class taught is like a seminar. His level of teaching is something I have not seen in this city. He’s Brilliant. Everyone has different capabilities and different body types, and Professor Rodrigo adapts his teachings to compliment these situations. Best BJJ by far.

This school made me love Jiu Jitsu even more! The facility is super clean, everybody is so welcoming and friendly and want to help you, and make you feel like family, no big egos like other gyms, and if you wanna learn Brazilian jiu jitsu from a Brazilian then this is the place to go, Professor Rodrigo is very professional and passionate about what he does! His way of teaching is extraordinary in my opinion! He explains so much details and the concepts and reasons behind every technique! And he gives 100% at every class! i am so happy i came to this school it was the best decision I've made! Please don't hesitate come try a class, i truly truly recommend it to everyone !

Best place to learn skills with an objective. Both discipline BBJ/Muay Thai are taught with a proper plan while tracking the progress of each individual. This place is best in the city when it comes to decide to go to the place which is caring for all kind of people. So whether you want to be a fighter, or you want to have fun or you want to meditate or you want fitness, this place offers all

Coming from a different school that's currently closed and being still a beginner in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I love this school! The Professor, Rodrigo Alves is a great teacher and his explanation is spot on. Even though English isn't his first language, he manages to get explain and demonstrate techniques in clear way for beginners like me, and the higher belts in the gym are really enjoying and learning a lot from his instruction as well. You can tell there is passion in the instruction and it's not just a business for the sake of making money. I can easily tell Alves loves the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and that's important because it'll make the instructor want to be there for the students and teach them what they need to be taught. He also makes sure to teach his students specific techniques to make sure they improve their game (talking about purple belts). Highly recommend this, I only did 4 classes and my first week was free, but I'm seriously considering signing up. (It's around 55 bi-weekly) Edit: I signed up for this school, and they are moving to a bigger facility when the government allows gyms to re-open.
