I recently built a baby room in our home and needed a black out blind over the window. I spoke to sales associate Austin and he was very knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had. He knew about the products and didn’t pressure any up sale. He made recommendations based on his knowledge and our needs. I was truly impressed! We received our shade (aurora shade) and it’s perfect for the room! Works really well and I would use blinds to go again! Great value for the shade too! Thank you Austin!

I purchased the blinds 21 years ago in the year 2000 from Blinds To Go. A few of the carrier clip/hooks on the track that hold the fabric vanes broke this year, in 2021. I called Blinds To Go to ask if I can purchase these carrier clip/hooks. The wonderful staff told me to bring the track in for service. To my surprise, they found the original receipt and they replaced the entire track at no expense to me. Remember, this is 21 years later. They truly stand by their lifetime warranty. Fantastic experience with a warranty repair. Dropped blind off and it was ready for pick up in 3 business days as promised. Super friendly and helpful staff.

My husband and I went to Blind To Go on October 14, 2020 to order blind for the kitchen and the bedroom windows. The experience was good our Design Consultant was helpful. We were given two different dates for the blinds to come in. The kitchen blind was suppose to arrive beginning of November and the bedroom was suppose to arrive at the end of November. Both blinds arrived early then expected but nobody from the store at St Laurent bother to contact us to let us know that they had arrived. A little better Customer Service would probably get a better rating.
