I was at this location at 3pm today, not sure who to ask for assistance, I went directly to the back of the store. I found a advisor to ask where to get a screen protector changed, also a car charger for my cell. He directed me to go to the front and see someone there. I approached this young tall lady with long black hair. I asked her where to find the items, she pointed out go to that isle and nothing else. I was confused for lack of continued service from her. Guess what I walked out. I have learned that if I want direction I will buy a map, if I want personal service I will go somewhere else. Every time I go to this location, I leave more aggravated than the last time. Customer service is paramount. Last year we bought a lap top, the sales clerk could only provide the information of the size of the screen and details in a lingo that is challenging to tech naive senior. When we tried to explain why we needed this laptop which was very simple, they could not answer us. Recommendation, hire respectful staff that are willing to take the time to assist the senior.

Excellent curbside pickup service. My online order was ready within an hour. When I arrived to pick up, I checked in online and an employee was out with my order within 2 minutes. The employee, a young man with long hair, was nice, polite and helpful. Happy customer here!
I went to Best Buy to a do a return but my return was out of policy. Although I had a great experience with Phil. Instead of returning my equipment he then assisted me on an exchange which was worth my time and money. Thank you Phil for being so helpful, definitely did not waste my time going in to be let down!
Very large and busy location. Staff is hard to find. Parking spaces are not generous, and as a result, my car door was dented and scratched. Sigh. Park far away and walk...some good deals to be had. Much better than the Future Shop that used to be in the area years ago. Meet and greet: I watched for 5 minutes, and only men appeared to be asked if they wanted to enter the VIP draw. Odd. We circled the store 3 times each, and were unable to get help. It's a Thursday @noon. It's not handy to not find help when there are so many things under Lock and key. It's also a bit warm in the store, it becomes uncomfortable after awhile. Was super happy to leave...having said that, they have technology for the home and you, all household appliances, gaming units and games, accessories, watches, fitness stuff, headphones, and more. #localguide
