I just brought my new 2021 Jeep Cherokee from Barrhaven Chrysler. In my 45 years of buying new cars, this was by far the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued customer by all they I dealt with. The general manager, Patrick Leveille, was quite helpful and accommodating. My sales person, Michael Black, was a real pleasure to deal with, an upfront honest guy who was able to answer any question I had about my Cherokee. And most importantly, they offered be the best new car and trade in price of the 4 dealerships I visited. The building is new, bright and very clean. I look forward to having my new Cherokee serviced there

I called because I had a check engine light and the service department got me in right away. I received very efficient service from Alysia when I arrived and she was also able to book me in for a detailing service last minute. The service department did a wonderful job and were very fast and efficient, as well as pleasant to deal with. Not cheap, but fair in terms of pricing - it costs what it costs! Since we are new to the province but drive two dodge vehicles, we will likely make this our new home for vehicle care.

Than you for the fast and professional service on my 2017 Ram 1500. I drove up to the garage door , they booked me in and my check engine light was off a few hours later and was ready to go. Great work!

Service dept was very friendly and professional. I brought my Jeep there for warranty work and they were very easy to deal with. Offered to drop me off and pick me up when my Jeep was ready. I was told it would likely take the whole day for the repair but to my surprise the vehicle was ready much sooner then anticipated. Would definitely recommend this dealership for all your service work.
