Service is sightly confusing. I didn't know I had to get up to get my own drink. It's not like the Mandarin in that there is table service they bring you your food, but the beverages, sauces and icecream are buffet style. The Korean grill was tasty and the sushi was pretty good. The styling inside is very impressive, but extremely worn. The washrooms are like the restaurant in store but with more over the top style. Food is brought to your seats pretty quickly, mind you there were only a few tables seated when I was there. We have concerns with gluten free. They assured us the Korean grill meet was gotten free. However, if other patrons are getting items noon gluten free, you are going to get hit by it. Same goes for vegetarians. Be sure to get a table with your own burner. And that it is properly cleaned before use.

I really enjoyed the food the service was alright and I didn't like how they automatically claimed my change for themselves like I'm sorry I need that. I was going to tip you with something else but that's very rude to just assume u can have my 5.

This restaurant had excellent rolls with a large selection especially during dinner hours. Sometimes the ordering process and the staff can be confusing and may reduce quantities if ordered quickly as the place is an all-you-can-eat. I strongly recommend this place, however, I haven’t been there in a long time.
Large selection of hit-or-miss items. Korean BBQ is a nice touch, but customer service could use improvement. The Korean fried rice was disappointing. Sushi was good though.

Awful! Leather seats are pretty torn apart and it isn't a safe place for kids. The whole restaurant only has 1 server and the order of food was never accurate. The worst is that my friend had this card that you get one stamp for every person that you come in to eat with, and once you collect 10 stamps you get a free dinner. As my friend was presenting this card, they said, we don't offer this promotion anymore knowing that we were a big group of people. The card itself did not have any expiry date on it so why can't the business honour its "promotion". Food for value is nil, comfort level is nil, decor is nil, service wasn't pleasant nor welcoming, and food taste is bleh. Needless to say we are never coming back
We reserved a spot and when we arrived we were seated right away! This was our first time coming to this sushi spot so we didn't know how to use the grill. The waiter didn't tell us how and we had to ask. The sushi we ordered came really fast, however they forgot a few of our items. Overall, the sushi was fresh and delicious however, it was not my favourite spot.
