Outstanding purchasing experience thanks to the extremely helpful staff - particularly Mustafa, John and Chelsea. They made themselves readily available to answer any questions I had during and after the purchasing process. In addition, the facility on Montreal Road is a large, clean, futuristic building that has a very luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. John and Mustafa both respectively were a pleasure to deal with. They were able to talk me through all my options on getting into a new vehicle and even shed some personal experiences that helped me make a well-educated decision on my new car. The delivery process was superb. Located in Audi Ottawa's delivery bay, I was given a detailed explanation on all the new features of my 2021 SQ5. My old Audi was a 2013 S4, but moving into the newer vehicle with many technological additions was made easy by Audi Ottawa's delivery specialist, Chelsea, who ensured I had a sound understanding on everything I needed to know before sending me on my way. I was even offered to have my picture taken with the new vehicle by the marketing team which I took full advantage of. From my initial interest of trading into a new Audi (saw some fantastic pictures on their Instagram account), to leaving in my new SQ5, every step of the experience was carried out with true professionalism. I have already recommended them to friends and family and will certainly be returning once my lease is done. Would highly urge anyone exploring the luxury car market to visit Audi Ottawa.
