Having purchased vehicles at multiple dealerships, I am extremely impressed by Alex and Melanie’s exceptional customer service at Audi City Ottawa. This boutique location at Lansdowne provides a laid-back and friendly environment where even dogs are welcome. Throughout the process, Alex, my product specialist, was quick to provide updates and information, including ways to save money on my new vehicle. He went above and beyond by taking time out of his day off to call me to discuss my questions. I also want to commend Melanie, the manager, for working her magic to provide my partner with an unmatchable deal when he purchased his vehicle. Both my partner and I are now loyal customers and won’t go anywhere else!

A car dealership that doesn't feel like a car dealership! What a concept! I recently took over an Audi lease and the transaction was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Melanie was a pleasure to deal with; prepared and professional. Location is a bonus, if you're in the mood to stroll around Lansdowne Park.
