What can I say, I've been training with this group of guys and girls for over 15 years. It's an awesome gym with high level bjj and a friendly / relaxed atmosphere. Come try it out.

Great gym and friendly atmosphere! All the instructors are really helpful and there's a shared sense of learning and improving together here. As a girl who has never done martial arts or any intense sports in my life, I felt pretty intimidated starting out with Muay Thai. I also didn't have any interest in a place where guys try to out-macho each other. Arcana is definitely not that. You push yourself to your own limit. But you're always reminded that you're here to sweat and improve yourself.
I joined Arcana three years ago for the Muay Thai program. The light-hearted owner, Jamie, presides over a friendly training environment while making everyone feel most welcomed to enjoy learning an effective martial art. It's a great place to train!
Great school, large facility with the most comprensive BJJ team in Ottawa! Friendly, and easy going atmosphere.

I started training at Arcana two and a half years ago, and I am so glad I did. The owner Jamie makes everyone feel at home and really knows how to teach BJJ and Muay-Thai. The Thai classes are generally fairly small in number, so the instructors can give you extensive personal attention which is a huge advantage over many other gyms. The more advanced BJJ students are really helpful, and the teachers are world class. I've trained in a number of gyms in the U.S. and Canada and Arcana is top shelf. A friendly and productive atmosphere all around.
Fantastic place for Muay Thai with some of the best instructors in town. Very friendly environment; would highly recommend.
I being training at Arcana since 2016 and by far this is the best place to start learning Brazilian jiujitsu and Muay Thai. Friendly environment, some of the best instructors I've met, I'm looking forward for many more years.
