Very unprofessional company. Will not answer calls and e-mails and will get irritated when they finally do pick up the phone because you have called multiple times. This company does not follow through on commitments. If they say they will do something you cannot trust that they will, in fact, follow through with it. I don't recommend this company.
Great response time. Down to earth people that aren't looking to scam you. The price I was told during the viewing is the price I'm paying. Give 'em a try, you'll waste less of your time looking.
Called them to ask on an apartment rental. They were EXTREMELY RUDE to me over the phone, they asked about why I was calling them at the number! As a immigrant I FEEL offended and sad. AVOID.
Very professional & great customer service! Initially the apartment I wanted to view was unavailable, when I called Kyria had an alternative and sent me a link to view the posting. Frank corresponded wit me via email and phone to setup my viewing appointment and ensured this property was within my list of requirements. Leo gave me a wonderful tour; I only had to view one place and I was sold :) I would highly recommend using apartment find to anyone!
