Our son was driving from Victoria to Castlegar to get home for his brother's grad. It was close to 5pm when he ran into engine trouble going up the hill out of Osoyoos. These guys were amazing, stayed late to check his car out, make sure it was safe to complete the trip over a couple more mountain passes and make it in time for the grad. And charged him a minimal amount for their excellent service. Very happy to support a business like this!
I just moved to Osoyoos and didn't have a mechanic yet. The reviews were good so I gave them a try. No issue with the oil change but they tried to tell me my front crankshaft was leaking and required 3 hrs labour and parts totalling over 400. My car is only 6 yrs old. I had a bad feeling so went to another mechanic to have a look. They found no crankshaft leak and even if there had been a leak, the standard labour estimate for a front crankshaft leak is about 1 hour. I won't go here again.
