I have been a very loyal customer to Oshkosh B'gosh(Georgetown ,ON) from the birth of my child(around 6 months ). The lady on customer service treated me with disrespect and did not accepted exchange or return (it was worn only once to see if it fit the baby \u003cit was short actually\u003e) despite the fact that i asked another customer service lady a day before and she said its completely fine just bring it and we'll exchange or return. Not going to this location anymore. Very disappointed.
