Combination of WRONG ITEM and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They made a drink but I ordered ice cream. They did not offer me to make the correct one, instead, they ask me to pay again to get the correct one. I paid again because I needed the ice cream for my child who was waiting for a long time in line. I just throw out the 7 horrible sugary drink i paid after a sip. They don’t care about customers even though it was their mistake, and of course there was no apologize. I will never go back again and never recommend. I hope they close down.

Always good drinks & smoothies. Today we tried the vegan dragon fruits drink & milkey taro. Tasted good.

3 stars because the lady was nice but they advertised there vegan strawberry coconut ice cream ice cream with LOTS of strawberries at the bottom I got NO strawberry’s and instead like 3 raspberries I really wish they didn’t advertise like that

I love Yogen Fruz but this store especially sucks.Something is so wrong with the taste.The same vegan chocolate ice cream I ordered at a different one tastes excellent whereas this store completely sucks

The yogurt and drinks in our store are pretty good which is healthy and the price is also reasonable. I was working with my workmate last Sunday. There was a family came for ordering four smoothies. They have argued with my workmate and I was there seeing all happened. The lady ordered the mango mint pineapple which is slightly expensive than the other fruit smoothie because there is mint in the smoothie. It just 25 cents more as the green section smoothie. However, they had a conflict with my workmate. They don’t want to pay the extra price. My workmate just explained for them and he told them maybe they can change the other smoothie. Suddenly the lady’s husband just shouted at him badly and got mad. They yelled that they are not changing any and walked away. Few minutes later, the lady’s husband came back again and asked for my workmate’s name and employee number. Definitely he won’t give him because the guy is so rude. We are not the side that getting angry and we are just explaining. That’s just what I saw honestly and trying to clarify the situation.

I went to Yogen Fruz today and ordered 4 smoothies, the young guy at the counter charged me an extra 30 cents for one of the smoothies( mango, mint, pineapple) which I saw come up on the register. He said it was from the greens section, it clearly wasnt. I told him I wasn't paying an extra 30 cents because that's not what is on the menu board. He said the manager changed the price but again that was not the advertised price. He asked me if I wanted to change my order and I said no, I wanted him to charge me the advertised price which is 4.65 and not 4.90. He refused and I told him forget it and walked away. I was appalled at the customer service for 30 cents and the fact that he wouldn't honour the advertised price made me upset, especially that he would argue that amount for a 4 smoothie order, it was all about the principal for me. Would not go there again, after seeing these other reviews it has convinced me they are scammers.

They are one of the few places that have lychee bobas which is wonderful. The flavors are changing often so you can always try something new. They have little sample cups to make sure you like it before you buy it. I find the prices to be reasonable. They have birthday party packages available for decent prices as well with a few different options available ranging in price.
