I've never been to Wild Ink Oshawa, I just happen to be driving by and needed a cut. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness, friendly chats and overall presentation of their buisness! 100% I am a return customer and would recommend anyone to give them a try. My cousin and I came together and got tattoos of our dogs paws and it was amazing ! Nick did our tattoos and he was very clean and detailed! He made a stencil and got our approval before doing the actual tattoo. I only go to wild ink for my piercings and tattoos and I’ve been satisfied every time! Thank you guys so much!!!
Nick was lovely, he has an extremely gently hand. His black work and cursive is awesome.
I went in wanting a septum and rook piercing. The employee ended up piercing my septum WAY too low and on an angle that makes it very obviously uneven. It looked nothing like the pictures I showed him. After, I made it clear to the employee that I wanted a rook on my left ear. He pointed to a place on my ear in question, and I tried pointing but the inner ear is hard to navigate without a mirror, but I named the piercing many times to him. I then asked for an ear diagram that many stores have to show him, but he then assured me he knew where I was talking about. I asked to see it and was horrified to see that he did NOT pierce my rook, but my daith. I told him he had pierced the wrong spot in my ear, and he proceeded to blame me. He told me he pierced where I pointed and I should “know how it feels.” I reluctantly got the piercing I actually wanted and told him to take the other out. On our way out, I heard the employee say “I just want to finish these peircings and get home to my dog.“ He was clearly rushing through customers. He was rude, entitled and it was obvious he didn’t know what he was doing. I will now only be supporting businesses that hire professionals who KNOW the difference between peircings and have skill in the field. Overall my experience was terrible and I will not be recommending this studio. EDIT: I returned to the store and after speaking with the receptionist and owner, I was able to get a refund for my purchases.
Service was fast and efficient, staff are super friendly, the place is clean and was cleaned frequently while I was there. Perfect. Thank you.
