1. . Clean and modern courthouse. 2. . Fully functioning Tim Horton's attached. 3. . Staff were friendly. 4. -. As of now, the GOOGLE MAPS LOCATION IS STILL WRONG for the Superior Court of Justice. I've tried fixing it to be where the Durham Region Law Association marking is, but the pin is still stuck at a site across from the actual SCJ. 5. . Easily accessible by public transit. 6. /-. Admin services at the counters are a little more strict than the other SCJ sites. You need to file a requisition form as well when you issue a document. Apparently, some SCJ sites don't need the form. I'll continue updating my review as I get more experience at this court.

The staff at Mortgage Broker Store would like to thank the Sherrif's Office for it's assistance in stopping a power of sale and eviction of a family in Oshawa. The Sherrif gave us all the information we needed right away and our clients were able to stay in their home. Call us if you need help to stop an eviction.

I was sent from one office to another to another and no one seemed to know what they were doing. I suggested they figure out what their doing because I've been at the courthouse for 2 days and still have gotten nowhere and guy looks at me and says 'no you need to get your s*** together'. As someone who's behind the desk and supposed to be a professional at all times I think that comment was pretty inappropriate. As someone who is a victim of domestic violence and trying to get an emergency restraining order the comment was uncalled for. Miserable unsympathetic people.
