These guys are no better than your average scalper on Kijiji. They quite literally took advantage of the covid pandemic and supply chain issues and hiked the price of Pokemon Shining Fates by 60 and dropped it down two weeks later when they discovered that more was on the way. They sold Shining Fates ETB for almost 250 with tax and ship. No one forced me to buy it but looking at the price now, it was clearly a money grab and very dishonest. They would not offer a refund of the difference or return. I guess buyer beware? There are many other places that won't engage in such dishonest business practices

Our family loves Skyfox!! We were introduced through our 5 year old son getting interested in Pokemon at school, but he learned to play at Skyfox on Saturdays. Since then it's been over a year and a half of regular weekend visits to the store. All of the staff greet our son by name when he comes in, we always feel welcome and are given amazing customer service. They answer all our questions about how to play Pokemon and the different cards etc. Usually we just buy one or two booster packs, we don't spend a lot of money but the staff are always so patient with our boy, showing him the binders and chatting with him about Pokemon. We still bring him in on weekends to play, and sometimes there are no other kids and the staff are always kind enough to play with him. We have had nothing but the best experience every time.
If I'm being honest...too much Funko Pops...need to bring the game room back. But it's still a great place I've been going to for years.
Ripped me off for a product that was clearly selling for 49.99 on Eb games. Ca lied to me saying it was only 29.99 when it clearly shows it 49 dont go here to sell anything there con artist and liars this buiness should be shut down the store is very badly matianted and the owner likes to RIP people off again dont go here go to fly by nite better prices and hes honest
If have been going here for years since my children were infants and I have never recieved such poor customer service. I went in today to see if I could get a Super Mario plush for my son who was going in for surgery the next day to help him through this scary situation. When I went in the gentlemen at the counter asked if I needed and help and I told him I was looking for a Mario plush. He told me if I didn't see it they didn't have it. I asked for him to check the inventory on the computer (as I'm very familiar with their system)he said he had a bunch in stock. I asked him to possibly look but refused to. I asked why and was told if I don't see it they don't have it. I asked if the computer said they had tons why could he not take a break from his phone to look. He refused again saying it wasn't part of his job. I walked outto never come back again. I guess you loose a loyal customer of 10 years.
