I was having trouble finding Arcadia lights in Canada. ReptilesRuS had a good selection. I also appreciated that they stated on the website the delays in some forms of shipping. I paid for the mid level shipping (FedEx by ground) and it arrived in 2 business days. Great product, sturdy packaging, and reliable shipping. Will absolutely be buying through them again.

Top notch customer service! Every time I have placed an order, it’s immediately processed and shipped so FedEx could deliver it at my door the next day. Great selections of products that are hard to find elsewhere like Arcadia. Oh, and if you decide to give a ring, you will be speaking with somebody who is knowledgeable, polite and not trying to up-sell.

I can not say enough good things about ReptilesRus. This is my absolute favourite reptile shop to get my supplies at. They always have my order shipped promptly and correctly. Their selection of products is great, and you can always trust the quality of the brands they carry. I haven't purchased any live animals from them. But, given the quality & care they put into other aspects of their business, I'd trust them to produce nice healthy animals. I can't recommend them enough!

Love the crested geckos we bought so much that we came back for more. Owner and operator was courteous and let us pick up our purchase a day early since we were in the area unexpectedly And offered ongoing support with our new pets.
