As a small business owner who is constantly in the eye of public scrutiny, managing potential or current pest issues are a very high priority for me. Dawn in the Oshawa North location on Summerville and Taunton has serviced my restaurant for about six months and will continue maintenance services for the foreseeable future. She has proven herself to be consistently professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very thorough. I have been so impressed with her that I asked Dawn to service my personal home as well where she applied those same qualities. Not only would I recommend Orkin for any pest, rodent, or insect issue be it corrective or maintenance, I would. strongly recommend Dawn for the service.

Ended up having bed bug problems around October/November last year. They have been at my apartment like 6 or 7 times since then and still have bed bugs and roach issues. Every time they did show up as well they never stuck to the set time always coming at the worst and most awkward of times. The fact they can't solve the problem after 6 or 7 times shows me thats their garbage and incompetent, or they are incapable of doing said services and should stop offering g them if they can't get the job done.
Our tech is always proficient. Whenever we need something he comes right away. Is very proactive and friendly
Ben MacCarther is our Orkin Rep he is very knowledgeable about his job we have had a few issues before he started working with us now Ben has all our problems under control. I mentioned to Ben we had a issue with a certain type of moths Ben put a couple of moth baits into play within 5 minutes the baits started giving results good stuff. Ben is polite courteous to all he comes in contact with making it very easy for him to conduct the services we need tks Ben .
Jason Lyons came to our house to conduct an initial inspection for our problem with feral ants. He was extremely knowledgeable about our problem and gave us a lot of information. He was straight up honest with us that what we were already doing is the best, most cost effective solution, and put my wife and I at ease that we were on the right track. Well worth the inspection fee. Great job Jason. Thanks for your honesty.
