Me and my husband went around 9:30 on Tuesday night we got told they are closing In 30 min we said will be fast then we order food there but they have no soft drink the lady on counter was very sweet and kind so we say ok np we will take water with food they food comes with hard rock sandwich bun Bad lettuce with black looking patch
Best restaurant with chicken choices... I love their sauces...friendly environment with good music and it's really affordable...
Visited this location 2 more times on weekdays after last bad experience. I could see a huge difference. Food was fresh and delicious. Staff was very professional and cooperative. I would say the management takes complaint very seriously and correct it effectively. I would love to go their with my family. Thank you Nandos management and staff. Now I can give 5 star no doubt We ordered Raptors 2019 deal which includes full chicken, 2 regular sides and garlic bread. They ran out of garlic bread and peri rice. We had to choose corn instead of garlic bread and 1 fries instead of rice. Which we was disappointed but ok. Then we had to wait 30 minutes. Our food was siting in the window for a while and then I had to ask the server about our order. She brought it right away. Our chicken legs were not cooked. The supervisor gave us 2 new chicken legs. At the end when I asked for take out containers. They dont have it either. She gave us foil tray with foil paper. Servers were good. This was our 2nd time in this location hut this time the service was terrible. Not happy at all with the service. Food was delicious except undercooked chicken legs. They should have enough supplies if they have special promotions.
this is how big the chicken pieces are at this location... just look at the amount of fries I got. That picture is before I took a bite... The fries were burnt. The chicken wasn't cooked really well.
The restaurant is very big and spacious. I love the sitting arrange and the environment. You can choose to sit down outside, near the window (FYI: Sit here, if you want to get the perfect picture/ selfie lol), or in the corner. I love this restaurant so much. This is my go-to restaurant. It reminds me of the seasoning and ingredient from Africa. The food is literally the closest food from back home. If you are African and you are looking for the right chicken, you should definitely try their chicken. If you love spicy food like me, you should try the spicy chicken. They also have so many varieties of food and sauce for the chicken. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.!!
I just ordered a meal and the forgot my coleslaw which is something this has happened before and to top it off the chicken was raw and pink in the inside. As soon at I opened the box my mom asked why the chicken looked so bland and when we started eating is when we saw that it was raw inside. We don’t even live near the Nando so going and getting a new order was out of the picture. This isn’t the first time I’ve had horrible experiences with this Nando but unfortunately this is the only one near us. Honestly you need to do the minimum of at least making sure your food is cooked.
