Fantastic tuner of pianos and repairer of instruments. Very knowledgable. Pleasant and energetic. Doesn't seem serious about retiring no matter how often he says he is. He does house calls for the pianos of course. But will take your smaller instruments to his small repair shop to do more complex repairs.

Was very impressed with the work Bob did tuning my 1905 Baby Grand. I have had several other technicians in the past 16 years but the sound was never as precise as after Bob completed his :\tune up
The service was great it was a perfect repair and in less than 10 minutes.
