We have been customers at International Pool for a long time, we had a pool and always went there, we moved and when it came time to purchase a hot tub we knew where to go! We dealt with Amira and the service has been outstanding, from purchase to delivery to any questions we have. Great service and friendly staff! Would highly recommend. Thanks from Chris and Anna

I have been meaning to write this review since August. I drove by the store recently and it reminded me of the experience I was glad to have and would like to share. The sales associate that was very helpful named Joseph I kept his business card, and he was showing me pools. He was very polite and excused himself to go help an elderly gentleman with heavy jugs of chlorine. I was NOT mad at all, it shows the type of manors I would expect from them. He raced back in 45 seconds. I didn't buy a pool yet because I haven't bought the house yet. But him knowing that!! he still took the time and care and didn't brush me off. I wont shop any where else when it comes to the right time
Just had my ‘spa school’ appointment with Joe and he was nothing but fantastic! Took the time to walk me through the essential hot tub maintenance plan and answered alllll my questions with easy and understandable answers!
Bought our hot tub right before the holidays and true to their word it was delivered on time, the staff were great to deal with in the purchase process and I will definitely go back to get my next hot tub when that time comes.
I ordered a hot tub cover back in May, it's September and I still don't have it yet. Not even an update. Staff and manager kept promising to call me for an update, but I got none. Lead time was supposedly 8 to 10 weeks. I understand nothing is normal with covid, but communication is the only way they could handle this better. I can understand that it's on their supplier, but communicating to me as their customer is totally on them. Lady on the phone today was not even apologetic. Employee named Quinn was the only one who seem to know what's he's doing.
