I have had two visits at this location and at both times my experience in line with customer service was, one word, "outstanding". I feel terrible not paying attention to the individuals name, but today (April 22) around 11AM she was in the "knowledge test area". During my first visit, she was very prompt, gave me all the necessary information, with respect to what was involved with the M1 license. I had originally told her given limited time (since I was working the day I had originally visited), I would not be able to give my knowledge test that day. She very graciously, suggested that I was welcome to come whenever and complete the test. That was last week Friday. Between last Friday and today, and I was happy to see her again today, she was very polite. I passed my knowledge test but from the moment, I stepped into the exam room she was extremely polite with every person who walked in and left the room. I am writing this because, I have been to other Govt/ Ministry places over the years like all of us do but my experience has been very poor. I am always reminding myself of limiting my interactions and leaving asap. I did not feel rushed here but most importantly even after I finished my test and I had some question, this individual took out the Motorcycle handbook, and helped me search for the answers I was seeking. I felt compelled to write this because, there is a stereotype of ministry employees and my experience was different. And for everyone who is having a bad experience, I empathize but keep in mind service world during these times is very difficult. There is a constant concern about contracting the illness by facing other people. It is risky for them too. So if someone is over the edge, please try to bear with them as the employees did with me today. Thank you once again...

This DriveTest is friendly and fast. Of course, if you can get in there. It's too hard to get in there. I arrived at 8:30 a.m. and lined up, but waited four and a half hours before I could enter. Just as a mask is required, so is your patience.
This location is great if you have a G2 or G road test appointment. Everything runs pretty smoothly. Currently (as of March 2021) if you are from a grey zone and plan to do a road test they will turn you away. You have to be from the area. If you are going here for any other reason be prepared to wait or make time in your to come extremely early. Wait times for anything other than road tests will be long here.
Even though I passed my G road test,I am giving this a one start because of the rude lady that was supposed to examine me. She seemed like she didn't wanna be there for work, and she came to my car LATE. I am glad another examiner examined me. You just can't have a person with that attitude to work around people.
The staff here are so sweet and kind, they were very patient and welcoming. I wrote my G1 test here and had a terrific experience
I got my G2 license today on this location. It is good place and staff is also very helpful. I have completed my exam with very good examiner. Her name is Mandy. I have read her name on review and today I have experienced that thing too. She is very nice and doesn’t make me feel like she is taking my test.The front desk staff is also good. Following all the rules and regulations for COVID-19. But, Overall great experience over here.
Scheduled an appointment and then you should be good. Face covering is mandatory all the time. If any one going with spectacles make sure they are not foggy due to mask
