I just want to say this store is doing a great job with all the Covid measures and safety of everyone. I did a curbside pick up of a online order and the transaction upon arrival was seamless and easy. Super fast and efficient. Keep up the good work. Went to Best Buy with my mom today to see about getting a sound bar repaired just days away from the manufacture warranty being up. Instead of making us have to go threw the manufacturer like we would normally have too, they saved us the hassle of finding a service shop or paying to ship it and took care of us right there. Thank you too all the employees that helped, the manager who allowed us to make an exchange, the young man who helped us pick out the new one and especially Mini for taking the time just to ask if there was something they could do for us. Your customer service is amazing and we really appreciate it. I will be purchasing your extended warranty with all of my future purchases because of our experience today.

Went to Best Buy today to return a sound bar that I purchased almost a year ago, as the display no longer worked. The person named Mini went above and beyond to look after my concern. They replaced the sound bar for us instead of making us go through the manufacturer which would have been a lot more hassles. Would like to acknowledge Best Buy for excellent customer service. Will shop and refer people to their store because of the customer service I received.

Excellent curb side pickup, they are very organized and fast. Ordered at 11pm and my order was ready the next am for pickup. They came out instantly with my order, this has been my best experience with curb side pickup!
